Role Description
The Business Development Manager (Off Roll) is a full-time, on-site role focused on sales and client acquisition in the capital market domain. Key responsibilities include :
- Promoting and opening Demat & Trading (2-in-1) accounts for customers .
- Driving new client acquisition and increasing the active client base .
- Selling broking products and generating new business .
- Maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with Bank branches and internal teams .
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales and revenue targets for the mapped area .
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Option 1: Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.
- Option 2: 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in the capital market .
Experience
- Preference: Candidates having experience in opening Demat & Trading accounts and selling broking products will be given preference .
Skills Required
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
