1. About Our Service
Geosial Eduland is a job-update and educational information website. We may offer paid personal job-alert services to subscribers.
2. Personal Job Alert Subscription
The current Personal Job Alert plan is offered at ₹54 for 30 days (regular price ₹99). During the active subscription period, relevant job-update information may be sent through the Geosial Job Alerts Telegram bot after the subscriber connects the bot using the link provided after payment.
The service provides job information and alerts only. Geosial Eduland does not guarantee selection, appointment, interview calls, recruitment results, or the continuous availability of vacancies. Candidates should verify eligibility, dates, fees, and application instructions before applying.
3. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. A subscription is treated as active only after successful payment confirmation and activation in our system.
4. Subscription Period and Renewal
A 30-day plan remains active for 30 days from the date of activation. Renewal is not automatic unless clearly stated during checkout. Subscribers may renew the service by making a new payment before or after expiry.
5. User Information and Consent
Subscribers must provide accurate contact information. By subscribing and opting in to Telegram alerts, the subscriber agrees to receive job alerts, activation messages, expiry reminders, and renewal-related communications through the Geosial Job Alerts Telegram bot.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligible refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method within the timeline stated in that policy.
7. Third-Party and Official Links
Job posts may contain links to official recruitment websites, application portals, or other third-party websites. Geosial Eduland is not responsible for changes, downtime, decisions, fees, or actions on third-party websites.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created by Geosial Eduland is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may access it for personal use but may not republish or commercially redistribute our original content without permission.
9. Limitation of Service
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but users should verify important recruitment details before taking action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, legal requirements, or payment processes change. The latest version will be published on this page.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
