Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

• For Technical Assistant: First Class Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science/IT, Electronics) from a recognized State Board of Technical Education.
• For Technician-B: Matriculation (10th Pass) plus ITI / NTC / NAC in the relevant trade from NCVT.

2. Age Limit (as on October 31, 2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age for UR: 35 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: 10 years

Application Fee

The application fee is refundable after the written test. Candidates must pay an initial amount, and the refundable portion will be returned.

Selection Process

The selection for both posts will be a two-stage process:

1. Written Test: This will be an online test consisting of 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 1.5 hours. The marking scheme is +1 for a correct answer and -0.33 for a wrong answer.
2. Skill Test: Candidates shortlisted in a ratio of 1:5 based on their written test performance will be called for a skill test. This test is qualifying in nature and will be conducted for 100 marks.
