The recruitment is being conducted on a contract basis across various projects.

POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 17.09.2025):
- Maximum Age: 29 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules.
Educational Qualification:
- Field Engineer (Electrical / Civil):
Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks. - Field Supervisor (Electrical / Civil / Electronics & Communication):
Full-time Diploma in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks.
POWERGRID Application Fee 2025
- Field Engineer: ₹400/-
- Field Supervisor: ₹300/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM Candidates: NIL
Payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details
For Non-RDSS Projects:
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – 1,20,000 (Initial basic ₹30,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks @35%). Approx. CTC: ₹8.9 LPA.
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – 1,05,000 (Initial basic ₹23,000 + IDA + HRA + Perks @35%). Approx. CTC: ₹6.8 LPA.
For RDSS Projects:
- Salary remains the same as above, with applicable project-based perks.
