Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

- General Manager (Engg.): Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 15 years of experience in PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure.
- Manager (Architecture & Planning): Full-time Degree in Architecture with 60% aggregate marks and 6 years of experience in planning & designing.
- Deputy Manager (Company Secretary): Qualified Company Secretary with 3 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in Mass Communication/Journalism/Advertising & PR with 60% marks and 2 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level (or vice versa) and a Diploma in Translation. 2 years of experience required.
- Assistant Manager (HRM): Full-time MBA / MSW / two-year PG Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in HRM/PM/IR and 60% aggregate marks. 2 years of experience preferred.
