Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a daily wage of Rs. 670, as per the current government orders for Class IV employees.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
- Food & Beverage Staff / Receptionist:
- Pre-Degree / 10+2 pass.
- One-year Food & Beverage Service Craft Certificate from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or a one-year Diploma in Food & Beverage Service from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Butler Captain in a 2-star or higher classified hotel.
- Housekeeping Staff:
- SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- Craft Certificate in Hotel Accommodation Operations from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or a Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operations from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping in a 2-star or higher classified hotel.
- Cook:
- SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- One-year Food Production Craft Certificate from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute or a one-year Diploma in Cookery/Food Production from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Cook/Cook in a 2-star or higher classified hotel.
- Kitchen Keeper:
- SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- One-year Food Production Craft Certificate from the Kerala Government Food Craft Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook in a 2-star or higher classified hotel.
