Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB 2025
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduation in any discipline. Local language proficiency required.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Graduation in any discipline (Preference for Agriculture, Law, IT, Management, etc.).
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years’ experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant specialization (IT, Law, Agriculture, CA, MBA Finance, etc.) with 1–2 years’ experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with 50% marks + 5 years’ experience.

IBPS RRB Salary 2025
- Office Assistant: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Officer Scale-I: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
