HCL Experience Requirement

This recruitment is intended for experienced candidates. The general post-qualification experience requirement varies according to grade.

For the Medical & Health Services FTE-II posts, the prescribed experience is 3 years rather than the general six-year FTE-II requirement.

Candidates should also note that experience is generally considered from the date of obtaining the essential qualification. The advertisement excludes categories such as training, consultancy, teaching, fellowship, internship, apprenticeship and academic project experience from qualifying experience.
