- Technical/Engineering Posts (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Arch., etc.): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in the relevant discipline.
- Finance: CA or CMA.
- HR: Graduate with a full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/IR.
- Legal: Graduate with a full-time LL.B degree.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree.
- Company Secretary: Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): First Class (60% marks) Engineering Degree.
