Eligibility Criteria: Check If You Qualify

Educational Qualification

• HR Trainee: Full-time Graduate + First Class MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management (60% marks for Gen/OBC, 55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI): Passed AITT & possess NTC (NCVT) in the relevant trade.
• Trade Apprentice (Fresher): Passed Class 10th. (ITI passed candidates are NOT eligible for this category).
• Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Passed a relevant technology discipline in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering in a relevant discipline passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Age Limit (As on 10 Jan 2026)

• HR Trainee: Max 26 years
• Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI): 14 – 25 years
• Trade Apprentice (Fresher): 14 – 20 years
• Graduate/Technician Apprentice: 14 – 26 years

Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwD: 10 years (as per Govt. rules).

Selection Process: It’s Merit-Based!

• For HR Trainees: Shortlisting based on PG marks → Document Verification & Interview. Final selection based only on interview performance.
• For All Apprentice Posts: Pure merit-based selection on marks in the qualifying exam (AITT, Class 10th, Degree, or Diploma marks). A trade/discipline-wise merit list will be prepared.

• Graduate/Technician Apprentice: Register on NATS Portal

Then, follow these steps:

2. Read the detailed notification PDF for your desired category.
3. Click “Apply Online” and complete the registration.
4. Log in, fill the application form with 100% accurate details.
5. Upload scanned documents: Photograph, Signature, Marksheets, Certificates, Caste/PwD certificate (if applicable).
6. Submit the form and pay the application fee (if applicable for your category).
7. Take a printout of the final submitted form, sign it, and preserve it for future document verification.
