Selection Process
The selection for GSL Management Trainee posts will be done in the following stages:
- Written Test (CBT/PBT)
- Part I – Discipline Knowledge (60 Marks)
- Part II – General Aptitude (25 Marks)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Mode: Bilingual (English & Hindi)
- 50% for UR/EWS
- 45% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD
- Interview (15 Marks)
- Minimum 50% qualifying for UR/EWS
- Minimum 45% qualifying for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD
Final selection will be based on aggregate performance in Written Test + Interview.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in E-1 Grade (₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000) with attractive allowances.
