Administrative & Clerical Roles
Statistical Clerk: Requires a graduate degree with Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics as a core subject. Knowledge of Hindi, typing, and operating calculating machines is beneficial.
Stenographer: Must have passed Senior Secondary with Urdu and possess stenography speed of 80 W.P.M. (English) and a computer typing speed of 35 W.P.M.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC – Accounts/Auditor): A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is mandatory.
Assistant Accounts Officer: Requires a professional qualification such as CA, CS, ICWA, or a Master’s in Financial Control/MBA (Finance).
Chief Accountant: Candidates should be a graduate in Commerce or an Intermediate CA/ICWA. A Tally/MS Office certificate and 5 years of experience in finance/accounts are desirable.
Naib Tehsildar: A graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks. A law degree and knowledge of land revenue acts are strong advantages.
Bailiff: Matriculation with Urdu or Hindi as a subject is required.
Assistant Superintendent: A graduation degree is essential. A Master’s in Criminology, Sociology, Law, or Psychology is preferred.
Technical & Engineering Roles
Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): Requires a degree or a 3-year diploma in the relevant engineering field plus 2 years of practical experience.
Junior Draftsman (Electric): A diploma in Draftsmanship with 2 years of experience is needed.
Technical Supervisor (Radiology): A B.Sc. in Radiology/Radiography with 5 years of experience, or a diploma with 6 years of hospital experience.
Programmer: Requires a degree in Computer Science/Electronics, a Master’s in Computer Applications, or a ‘B’ level DOEACC certificate, plus one year of experience in software development.
Junior Computer Operator: Senior Secondary with Urdu, plus certificates in MS-Office and In-Page Urdu.
