Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the required qualifications from a recognized university/institution. Key requirements include:

- Assistant Secretary: Degree with 50% marks + Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (HDC) or B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking).

- System Administrator: MCA or B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE). 3 years of experience is desirable.
- Data Entry Operator: Degree + Government-recognized Data Entry Course Certificate + 1 year of experience.
- Typist: SSLC + KGTE English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower) Certificate.
