CEL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Diploma Engineers (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical): 3-year Polytechnic Diploma with at least 55% marks.
• Technicians (Electronics/Fitter/Electrician): ITI with minimum 55% marks.
• Operator: ITI in Electronics Mechanic with 55% marks.
• Clerk (F&A): Graduate in Commerce with 55% marks.
• Clerk (General): Graduate in any stream with 55% marks.
• Driver: 10th pass with valid LMV License and minimum 55% marks.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is mandatory.

Age Limit

• Maximum 40 years as on 31st August 2025.
• No age bar for internal contractual candidates of CEL.

CEL Salary 2025

• Diploma Engineers: ₹40,000 per month (Consolidated).
• Technicians, Operator, Clerk, Driver: ₹30,000 per month (Consolidated).
• Includes PF, Gratuity & benefits.
• Annual Increment: ~12% in basic pay.
• Extra remuneration for experienced Govt./PSU candidates (up to ₹15,000).
