Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• PwBD: 10 years

Monthly Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹15,000 per month, which includes:

• ₹10,500 paid by Canara Bank
• ₹4,500 paid by the Government of India via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)

• General / OBC / EWS Candidates: ₹500
• SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: Nil (Exempted from fee payment)

Selection Process

The selection for the apprentice posts will be based on the following stages:

1. Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in the 12th standard (10+2) or Diploma examination.
   • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
     • General/EWS/OBC: 60%
     • SC/ST/PwBD: 55%
2. Local Language Test: Candidates must possess proficiency in the local language of the state/UT they are applying for.
3. Document Verification: Verification of all original certificates.
4. Medical Fitness Test: A final medical examination to ensure fitness for the role.
