1. Educational Qualification
- Engineering MTs (Electronics, Mechanical, etc.): B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Management Trainee (Finance): CA/ICWA (CMA) OR MBA/PG Diploma in Finance with at least 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (HR): MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resources with at least 60% marks.

- The maximum age limit for the General/EWS category is 27 years.
