Training Program & Stipend Details
Job Profile:
Selected trainees will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training focused on passenger handling functions across various airport areas, including:
- Terminal Operations
- Ramp Handling
- Cargo Operations
Stipend:
During the 11-month training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Work Days: 6 days a week.
- Shift Pattern: 3-shift system, which includes night shifts.
- Leave: Trainees are eligible for 1 leave per month.
- Certificate: A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon satisfactory performance, good attendance, and a positive appraisal at the end of the training period.
