Salary, Allowances & Perks
- Starting Gross Salary (Sub Lieutenant): Approximately ₹1,25,000/- per month.
- Additional Allowances:
- Flying Allowance: ₹31,250/- per month for Pilots & Observers post-training.
- Submarine Allowance: ₹31,250/- per month for Submarine cadre officers post-training.

Selection Process
The selection is rigorous and merit-based:
- Shortlisting: Based on normalized marks of the qualifying degree (up to 5th semester for B.Tech, all semesters for PG).

- Stage I: Intelligence Test & Picture Perception Test.
- Stage II: Psychological Tests, Group Tasks, and Personal Interview.
