Eligibility for the Indian Army TES-54

Candidate Eligibility

The position is open to only unmarried males.

Age Limit

The applicants should be aged between 16½ to 19½ years as of 01 January 2026.
The date of birth should be in the range 02 July 2006 to 01 July 2009 both days inclusive.

🎓 Educational Background

The candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination with at least an aggregate of 60% marks in PCM from recognized boards.
Eligibility for the calculation of PCM percentage shall only be based on Class XII marks, according to norms of respective state/central boards.

(ii) The applicants should have already appeared for JEE 2025 Mains.

• Stipend During Training at IMA: ₹56,100/- per month* (same as NDA cadets after 3rd year)
• Rank on Commissioning: Lieutenant
• CTC post-Commissioning: Around ₹17–18 lakhs per year
