How are months and leap years handled?
This is a calendar-age calculation, not a division by 365. A month or year anniversary that would fall beyond the end of a month is clamped to its last day. For example, 31 January to 28 February in a non-leap year is one completed month. Recruitment rules may use a different convention; this tool does not decide eligibility.
