Foreman (Chemical)
Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Foreman (Civil)
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Junior Superintendent (Human Resources)
Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, with minimum 50% marks in each, along with computer proficiency and 2 years post-qualification experience in line.
Foreman (Instrumentation)
Diploma in the prescribed Instrumentation-related engineering discipline, including Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years post-qualification experience.
Operator (Chemical)
B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks, or B.Sc (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks, plus 1 year post-qualification experience in line.
Technician (Electrical)

- Operator (Chemical) Trainee: B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 50% marks or B.Sc (Hons.) Chemistry with minimum 50% marks.
- Technician (Mechanical) Trainee: Matric + ITI/NAC in Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Machinist / Turner trade.
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com with minimum 50% marks, English typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer and computer proficiency.
The trainee posts are reserved for eligible Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and carry a minimum one-year training period.
Age Limit
- Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts: Maximum 32 years
- Operator, Technician and Trainee posts: Maximum 30 years
The cut-off date for determining age and required post-qualification experience is 9 October 2026. Applicable age relaxation is available to eligible categories as per Government/BCPL rules.
