Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid digital services purchased from Geosial Eduland, including the Personal Job Alert subscription.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a Personal Job Alert subscription by contacting us at geosialeduland@gmail.com or +91 8301948752.
Because this is a time-limited digital service, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund once the service has been activated or job alerts have started.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, an incorrect charge caused by a technical issue, payment completed but the service not activated within a reasonable period, or another verified payment/service error on our side.
Requests should include the subscriber name, registered mobile number or email, payment reference/order ID, payment date, and the reason for the request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided where the subscription has already been successfully activated and used, where job alerts have already been delivered, where the user no longer wishes to continue after activation, or where the user is not selected for a job. The subscription is an information and alert service and does not guarantee recruitment or selection.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, Geosial Eduland will initiate the refund to the original payment method. After the refund is initiated, the amount is generally credited within 5–7 working days, subject to the processing time of the payment provider, bank, card network, or UPI provider.
5. Failed or Pending Payments
If money is debited but the payment is shown as failed or pending, please contact us with the payment reference. In some cases, the bank or payment provider may automatically reverse the amount without action from Geosial Eduland.
