Eligibility Criteria

• Option 1: ITI Certification (Minimum one-year course) in the relevant trade with four years of relevant experience.
• Option 2: Diploma in Engineering in the relevant field with three years of working experience.
• Ex-Servicemen: Minimum four years of experience for Ex-servicemen/Ex-Para-military/Ex-Police Forces personnel.

Male Nurse

• Option 1: Diploma in General Nursing with three years of experience in the relevant field.
• Option 2: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) with two years of working experience.
• Preference: Experience in operation theatre (OT) or ICU will be given preference .

Chef / Cook

• Option 1: Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or Culinary Art with three years of working experience.
• Option 2: Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology or Culinary Art with two years of working experience.
• Preference: Candidates capable of handling 80 to 100 persons daily and having experience in a registered firm/airlines/hotel .

Radio/Wireless Operator

• Option 1: 12th Standard passed with General Operator Certificate (GOC) and four years of working experience in radio communication (HF/VHF).
• Option 2: Diploma in Engineering (Electronics) with three years of working experience in radio communication.
• Preference: Ham (Amateur) Radio License or a Marine Radio Operator Permit .

Inventory & Stores Assistant

• Option 1: 12th Standard passed with ITI (COPA) and 4 years experience in inventory management.
• Option 2: Diploma in Computer Application with three years experience.
• Preference: Candidates with working knowledge of English and experience in ERP software packages.

Salary and Allowances

Selected candidates will receive a lucrative compensation package, which varies based on prior experience in Antarctica :

• First-Time Recruits: Rs. 60,909/- (fixed) per month for the entire duration of the contract.
• Experienced Recruits: Rs. 81,212/- (fixed) per month for those who have already been to Antarctica on an NCPOR contract .
• Antarctic Allowance: An additional allowance of ₹1,500/- per day during the summer season and ₹2,000/- per day during the winter season .
