• Plus Two (12th)
• VHSE (Vocational Higher Secondary Education)
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
• Diploma
• Degree

AND must be engaged in either of the following:

• Undergoing a Skill Enhancement Course, OR
• Preparing for Competitive Examinations conducted by:
  • UPSC (Union Public Service Commission)
  • State PSC (Kerala Public Service Commission)
  • Service Selection Boards (SSB)
  • Defence Services (Army, Navy, Air Force)
  • Banks, Railways
  • Other Central & State Public Sector Recruitment Agencies.
