Selection Process: How Will Candidates Be Chosen?
The selection methodology differs slightly based on the post:
- For Senior Ship Draftsman:
- Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (70 Marks).
- Phase-II: Practical Test in CAD Software (30 Marks).
- For All Other Posts (Jr. Technical Assistant, Lab Assistant, Storekeeper, Assistant):
- Part-1: Objective Type Online Test (70 Marks).
- Part-2: Descriptive Type Online Test (30 Marks).
There is no negative marking. Separate minimum qualifying marks are set for UR, OBC, and SC/PwBD categories.
