1. One-Time Registration: First, visit the official recruitment portal (hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in) and complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process. You will need a valid email ID and mobile number.
2. Log In and Update Profile: Use your OTR credentials to log in. Go to ‘My Profile’ and enter all required personal details.
3. Upload Documents: Navigate to the ‘Upload Documents’ section. Have scanned copies ready for your photograph, signature, educational certificates, SC community certificate, experience certificate (for Telephone Operator), and any other relevant documents.
4. Fill the Application Form: After uploading, select ‘Apply Now’ from your dashboard. Choose the post and fill in the application form accurately.
5. Review and Submit: Preview all details before final submission. Once submitted, you cannot make any changes. Save or print the confirmation for your records.

The selection will be based on an Interview or a combination of Written Test and Interview, depending on the number of applicants.

• Written Test (if conducted): It will be an objective-type exam of 100 marks (100 questions) with a duration of 75 minutes. The syllabus includes questions from the Diploma in Electronics (50 marks), General Knowledge (30 marks), and English proficiency (20 marks). There is negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer.
• Interview: The interview carries 10 marks. Candidates must secure a minimum of 35% marks in the interview to be considered for the final ranked list.
