Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
- Boat Operation Trainee: Minimum 60% marks in ITI (Fitter, Electrician, etc.) OR Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics). Only 2022, 2023, 2024 pass-outs are eligible.
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance): Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture) or MEO Class 1/Master Certificate (FG).
- Manager (Finance): CA or ICWA qualification.
- Marketing Executive: MBA from a reputed institute with Marketing as a main specialization.
- Consultant (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Age Limit (as on 1st November 2025):
- Boat Operation Trainee: 28 Years
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance): 56 Years
- Manager (Finance): 50 Years
- Marketing Executive: 35 Years
- Consultant (Civil): 63 Years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
