Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Graduation / Post-Graduation in relevant fields. - Language Proficiency:
- Mandatory: Malayalam & English
- Preferred: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Kannada
- Age Limit:
18–40 years (as on 01.10.2025). - Experience (Preferred):
- Disaster Management / Social Work
- Registered Volunteer in Samoohika Sannadha Sena, Aapda Mitra, Civil Defence, or Emergency Response Teams
Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
- Written Examination – covering General Knowledge, Disaster Management, Communication, Digital Literacy, Documentation, Situational Judgment, Local Geography, and Government Coordination.
- Interview – for candidates shortlisted from the written test.
Final selection will be based on merit, document verification, and medical fitness.
Important Instructions
- Appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment under DDMA or Govt. of Kerala.
- Duty can be assigned at any of the designated EOCs (Nilakkal, Pampa, Sannidhanam, or DEOC Pathanamthitta).
- Selected candidates must sign a service agreement on ₹200 stamp paper.
- Exclusivity clause: Candidates cannot work with any other agency during the contract period.
